Koko, like most gorillas, eats up to 20 pounds of produce (fresh greens, herbs, fruits and veggies) every day. Here she enjoys a crunchy stalk of celery. She’s particularly fond of dill, chives, figs, kale collard greens and parsley — but is also open to trying new things, and is very sensitive to their degree of freshness.
