Koko is fortunate to have a produce team that puts so much care into her (and Ndume”s) meals. Not only do they select the freshest fruits and vegetables, but they “design” her meals so that they”re well-balanced, colorful, come in interesting containers, and accommodate Koko”s changing tastes (which they track). Of course it helps that she can actually tell them what she likes and doesn”t like – in English.
