On warm days like these, the gorillas used to love being outside in their large yard.
In the above video, we see Koko (age 21), Ndume (age 11) and Michael (age 19) all take a unique approach to eating a whole watermelon. The gorillas tackle the challenge with distinct strategies, showcasing their individual personalities and problem-solving skills.
On this toasty summer day, the refreshing treat provides both a fun activity and a sweet reward, making all the effort to reach the juicy interior well worth it!
